MEGA CONSULT PROPERTY Ltd was established in July 2007 as a Limited Liability Company. Even though still “young”, the agency has successfully accomplished a large number of deals and managed to position on the market of real estate property as one of the solid and correct companies, offering services regarding all kinds of real estates.

The key to the rapid progress of the company lies in the selection of young well-qualified staff – primarily with legal education; innovative and correct customer service according to their individual requirements and needs; full cooperation with a view to obtaining and checking of documents, financial counseling and cooperation for granting a bank credit, with an aim to relieve the process of sale and purchase. The agency selects the construction companies with which it works very carefully, the main criterion being transparency of the given construction company, documents in perfect order, quality of the construction and mounting works and materials, correctness towards customers and last, but not least – their position on the market.
